This stay is centrally located for all Las Vegas attractions! This beautiful condo is also surrounded by local shopping centers which makes it extremely convenient to shop for anything needed without the hustle and bustle of the strip. Sleeps 5 with our foldout bed. Enjoy a nice relaxing get away and experience the beauty of life in Las Vegas!
Good to know
Our space was designed by my family and I to include a 7 year old little lady who loves the color orange! The artwork in the dining area was painted by my wife. She paints at least one painting per Airbnb and is amazing:) We truly enjoyed bringing the space to life! We hope you enjoy it as well! They home is suited to host 5 adults comfortably. It is that fresh cloud you are sleeping on? Nope, that’s just the memory foam mattresses we stock in each bedroom! Our goal was to turn every room in to a little sanctuary. Sure, eating at fancy Vegas restaurants can be fun, but sometime you just want a good ole home cooked meal. That’s why we stocked all the equipment necessary to cook your favorite meals if that’s your desire. We also stocked complimentary Kuerig (I hope that’s how you spell it) coffee for you to enjoy! The unit is located directly across from the main pool/bbq area and gym making it super convenient for you and your family and friend to enjoy the amenities during your stay in beautiful Las Vegas!

There is an amazing shopping center next door to the complex which has a Vons, a local brewery, a anytime fitness gym, and numerous restaurants to include vegan. Across the street from the complex, there is a sports and recreational complex named desert breeze with multar playgrounds, soccer fields and skate park. There is also a community center in the area. The unit is 8 miles away from Redrock Canyon park and 3.5 miles from the Vegas Strip. It’s located on the boarder of Spring Valley and Summerlin in a beautiful area of the city.!

This is a small gated community and easy to navigate. There are two pools available but only the pool closest to the unit is 24hrs. The other one closes at 10pm.
